FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over $150. Free shipping does not apply to furniture and rugs which will be charged standard shipping rates. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout.   We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please make sure you include a physical delivery address when checking out.

At this time, we do not offer a white glove delivery option.

Some oversized items may not be available for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

We offer free FedEx Ground and Home Delivery or USPS or UPS or FEDEX shipping for all orders that are shipping within the United States. International Shipments are not eligible for free shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

Holiday shipping times for U.S. arrival by December 24, 2020:

GROUND SHIPPING:
Order by 8:00 AM on Friday, December 18th

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

GROUND: arrives in 1-5 business days
3 DAY SELECT: arrives in 3-4 business days
2ND DAY AIR: arrives in 2-3 business days
NEXT DAY AIR: arrives in 1-2 business days

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders shipping via ground to be processed. 

All orders placed after 9 a.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?

Free shipping is on select items only. FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing time.

All international shipments are subject to customs duties/taxes which are NOT included in the shipping rate calculated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees which will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

For large international orders, additional shipping fees may apply based on order volume and will be invoiced separately to the client.


HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE….

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Classic Home Linens (CHL) has no control over these charges, nor can CHL what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our main offices are located in the USA, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Turkey,India,Pakistan,Bangladesh and China

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.

HOW IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING HANDLED?

These items are shipped in 1-3 days excluding weekends. They are sent tracked and expedited quickly to arrive in the time frame stated on the order checkout.
