Classic Home Linens (CHL) WILL ALWAYS MATCH AN ONLINE COMPETITOR'S NON-CLEARANCE PRICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:
We will match clearance prices only at the discretion of the Sales Manager. A clearance price is considered 40% or more off the original price.
Coupons may not be stacked or mixed and matched with price matches; i. e. we will only match a coupon and price together if the coupon and price are both offered by the same competitor at the same time.
If an item is not in stock at another store, we generally do not match the price. We do not price match stores that do not list or answer a contact phone number, that does not list a business address, or that list nearly all items as discounted. We do not price match on wholesale quantities, considered to be orders of three or more of the same product.
There may be exclusions to honoring coupons on new arrivals and bestsellers. Those products will be tagged as such on our site.
If within 30 days a restricted brand or item becomes no longer restricted, we will price match the item, provided the item is in stock in the same size.
We do not match coupons with a restricted number of uses.
Our website is in real-time. All available sizes are displayed online. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock. If the item is regular-priced, you can submit a special order inquiry on the item's page where it says 'can't find your size' and our Special Orders Department will look into the availability of the item for you. If the item is a sale item, we are not able to re-order it. However, you can sign up for a back in the stock notification so that you receive an email should the item become available again for any reason.
CHL only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. CHL warranties all products to be free of such problems for the first 90 days from the time of purchase and will replace or refund your purchase in the event such a problem occurs.
